The Rivercove Residences Executive Condominium (EC) is the only EC that will be launched in 2018, due to the reduce in land parcel for EC development under the Government Land Sales (GLS).


The availability of units for sale in existing EC projects launched since 2016 was depleting so quickly that many EC buyers who were waiting on the sidelines were feeling the urgency to invest sooner rather later, before their options are depleted. The developer for the upcoming Rivercove Residences is the very same developer as the record breaking fully sold Hundred Palms Residences.
